[Introduction]

The HY series chemical submersible pump is a vertical cast iron single-stage single suction centrifugal pump. Used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The temperature of the conveyed medium ranges from -20 ℃ to 150 ℃, and can be adjusted to -50 ℃ to 150 ℃ if necessary. The working part of the submersible pump is submerged in the liquid, with no leakage in the shaft seal, small footprint, reliable use, and easy maintenance.

[Structure]

HY type submersible pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, coupling, bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, outlet pipe, bearing frame, bottom plate, motor frame, etc.

The suction port of the pump follows the axis direction, and the outlet is parallel to the axis.

The vertical motor of HY type pump is fastened to the motor seat with bolts and directly transmitted to the pump through a coupling. The pump body, intermediate connecting pipe, bearing frame, and outlet pipe are connected together by bolts and fixed on the bottom plate. The entire pump is installed on the container through the bottom plate. The main components of HY pump are made of cast iron/carbon steel.
